J13/970/2002, unique registration code RO14560415, henceforth named SEDONA, is the owner of the website www.aparaturafiscala.ro.
User - any person, whether natural or legal, accessing and using the www.aparaturafiscala.ro platform with or without an account, having unlimited access to all features of this online platform.
Client - any person, whether natural or legal, who bought any SEDONA’s products or services, by any means made available for this purpose.
Access and use of the www.aparaturafiscala.ro website and all its facilities involve the acceptance by the user, of the terms and conditions within the “Terms and Conditions” section of this website. SEDONA reserves its right to modify these terms without prior notice to the user. Changes will take effect at the time of publishing on www.aparaturafiscala.ro.
By accessing and navigating the www.aparaturafiscala.ro website , by creating an account or placing an order, the User implicitly confirms that he agrees with the terms and conditions in this section.
By using the www.aparaturafiscala.ro website, the User implicitly agrees with the collection, storage, analysis and processing, by SEDONA, of information concerning the behaviour of the user, data that will enable SEDONA to optimize information, services and products presented on the www.aparaturafiscala.ro platform.
The user is the only sole responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the informations and details which he offers during the use of the website, regardless of purpose.
All information - image or text - present on www.aparaturafiscala.ro, are the property of SEDONA and/or the providers/manufactures of the products which can be purchased through the website. Reproduction, storage, alteration or transfer of the content of the www.aparaturafiscala.ro website is prohibited without the prior written consent of SEDONA.
Product images on the www.aparaturafiscala.ro have presentation titles.
The user must create a personal account to place an order on www.aparaturafiscala.ro by adding products to the shopping cart.
The account can be created by any person, natural or legal, by completing a form containing the required data. Users will then be able to sign in by entering the email address used to create the account and the password (selected by the user) corresponding to it.
Users will have the obligation to maintain their account access data confidential, sharing the usage rights of personal accounts to other users being strictly forbidden.
Through the www.aparaturafiscala.ro platform, SEDONA offers users several ways to place an order. The ways to place an order are:
By adding products to the shopping cart - in this case, the user will have to create an account. After adding the desired products to the shopping cart, the user will place the order by making the payment through one of the methods available on the website.
By completing the Contact form
By accessing the “Ask for more details” link, found on the products pages on the website.
Regardless of the chosen method to place an order, the user will be contacted by a SEDONA agent in a maximum of 24 working hours since the placement of the order, to confirm it.
The order will be considered completed at the time of confirmation by the user. If the order will not be confirmed by the user, regardless of the placement method, Sedona reserves the right not to deliver it.
SEDONA accepts direct payments by card on www.aparaturafiscala.ro or in the SEDONA headquarters, bank transfers, checks or cash to the courier, at the SEDONA headquarters or to SEDONA’s agents, as well as other electronic payments methods (such as PayPal).
In the case of card payments or through any other electronic means, the user will be the sole responsible for additional costs which include, but are not limited to fees for currency conversion applied by the eminent bank of the card being used or by the payments processor, if its currency of issue is other than RON.
Delivery of Products
The delivery of products is only made in Romania, through the courier company contracted by SEDONA for this purpose.
SEDONA is committed to deliver any order of at least 99 RON (VAT included) or at least one paper rolls container for free.
In the case of orders under 99 RON, the beneficiary of the order will pay the shipping costs charged by the courier company.
The term of delivery for the majority of the products is maximum 24 hours (second working day). An exception is made in the case of payments by bank transfer (payment order), by card or other electronic means, when the delivery is made on the same day or the next day after the payment is registered in the SEDONA account. SEDONA will not be liable for exceeding the delivery terms.
SEDONA will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to the provision by the User of erroneous or incomplete information, as well as for reasons that are independent of SEDONA.
The user - the beneficiary of the order will be responsible for the products ordered from the moment of receipt (by reception we mean accepting the package delivered by the courier and signing the receipt by a person - representative of the User - over the age of 18).
As we can not guarantee the availability of all products displayed on www.aparaturafiscala.ro, SEDONA reserves the right not to honor the orders if the ordered products are no longer found in the supplier’s / producer's offer or if they are not in stock when the order is placed by the User.
If SEDONA can not deliver the ordered products, the User will be notified by telephone within 24 working hours of placing the order. If the payment for the ordered products was made, the entire amount will be returned to the User within 7 days maximum.
The return of the products can be made within 30 days of receipt by the customer, without the motivation of return, with the receipt of the full consideration, with the exceptions listed below: the products have not been used, they are in perfect condition, with no damage or scratches, and are in the original package. Payment of the return amount is made within 15 days in the bank account communicated by the Client in this respect.
If the conditions listed above are not met, SEDONA reserves the right not to take over the products or to offer the Customer a lower amount for their repurchase.
In the case of products shipped for return by a courier company, the cost of transport to SEDONA is supported by the Customer. If the products do not meet the necessary conditions for the return of the payment, the transportation cost to the Client shall be borne by the customer.
An exception to the return policy applies to the following product types:
Cash registers and fiscal printers that have been fiscalized. Their return can be made up to the moment of fiscalization (activation of the fiscal memory) or within 30 days of their receipt by the Client.
Metrologically approved electronic scales. The return term for these products is 5 days after receipt by the Customer.
Equipment delivered on special order from external suppliers, for which the customer made an advance payment. These products are not refundable.
Consumables (paper rolls, label rolls, ribbons etc.)
Services of any type (installation, repair, maintenance etc.)
Service subscriptions (virtual server hosting, internet subscriptions etc.)
The warranty of the equipment is ensured in the following ways:
At the SEDONA headquarters in Bucharest and Constanta;
At the offices of SEDONA partners (located in each county);
Express delivery by courier at the SEDONA headquarters in Bucharest. The value of the transportation to SEDONA is paid by the Customer, and the return of the product is borne by SEDONA in case of defects covered by the warranty.
The warranty and post-warranty repairs are as follows:
3 working days for common products (in stock of SEDONA or in stock of national suppliers) such as: cash registers, commercial scales, barcode readers, money drawers, money counting machines, POS printers.
Up to 30 working days for customized products (order-based-delivery) such as: all-in-One POS, inventory terminals, labeling scales, platform scales and others.
