- Installation, network configuration and training will be performed remotely or by phone for free. For an additional fee installation, network configuration and training can be performed at the client’s location or Sedona office.

- Data import of product catalog

- Data export to other software in standard format. 

- App for reports on mobile devices

- Integration of payment and fidelity systems like (some charges may apply): Netopia MobilPay, MasterPass, Vodafone Charge to Bill, M-Pesa, MoBuy.

- Connection to various peripherals like scales, label printers, fiscal printers, etc. with the exception of inventory terminal and payment terminal which are charged separately.

- Report customization – free within the first 30 days

- Label forms and document customization (invoices, notes of delivery) - free within the first 30 days

- Design of fidelity cards

- Submit documentation to fiscal authorities and retrieve the Fiscal Series – free for Constanta county;  80 RON (vat included) for Bucharest and Ilfov counties.

- Fiscalization setup will be performed by a Sedona technician at client locations in Bucharest, Ilfov and Constanta counties. Clients outside these counties may bring their printers to the local authorized service location for fiscalization.

- Plastic signage that include contact information for the Consumers Protection Office and the mandatory message "Please keep the receipt" are available for free by request
