RO e-Invoice is a project initiated by the Ministry of Finance and ANAF to facilitate the circulation of electronic invoices between different entities. This is not an actual invoicing system, but a tool that simplifies the transmission. That's why, for the issuance of tax invoices, you need to use a dedicated solution.

Details about connecting the Sedona Retail program to RO-eInvoice:

- The integration of the Sedona Retail program with the RO-eInvoice system is done both online, via
direct loading of invoices in ANAF SPV, as well as by exporting invoices in xml format.
- When connecting to ANAF SPV, the Token generated in the SedonaRetail database is saved and later the invoices can be uploaded from any computer (which has the Sedona Retail Back-Office application installed) without asking for the key with the electronic signature.
- Uploading invoices to ANAF SPV can be configured to be done automatically when saving the invoice or by pressing the synchronization button.
- Invoices can be uploaded to ANAF SPV both for invoices issued with the Sedona Retail Back-Office module and for those issued with the Sedona Retail Front-Office.
- The import of invoices from ANAF SPV can automatically generate NIRs in Sedona Retail (Receipt Entry Notes).
- Sedona Retail displays the status of uploading invoices to ANAF SPV.
- In Sedona Retail, you can access a centralized report with loaded invoices, along with the status and loading index.

The price of the RO-eInvoice connection module includes the installation services and instructions for use.

The installation can be done together with the Sedona Retail program, or later, remotely.
