8” Touchscreen Kiosk for Meeting Room Management – Evoko Liso

The Evoko Liso Room Manager is a meeting room booking system designed to manage and display room availability in office environments. Equipped with an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen, the device allows users to view room status and access booking information. The system uses light indicators to display room availability from a distance and features a proximity sensor that reveals additional information when someone approaches the screen.

Evoko Liso can integrate with calendar platforms and booking systems, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace. Connectivity is provided through Wi-Fi or Ethernet, while power can be supplied via PoE or a 12 V AC/DC power adapter, available separately. The integrated RFID reader supports compatible identification cards. The system is designed for offices, meeting rooms and organizations that need centralized meeting room booking management.
