The ACR39U-H1 health card reader is a smart card reader without keypad and display, validated by CNAS, which allows vertical card insertion, making it easier to use. It can also be used in applications such as e-Government, access control, and other similar applications.

The ACS ACR39U-H1 reader/writer has been tested and validated by the National Health Insurance House (CNAS) as being compatible with the SIUI information system and other systems.

At present, individuals do not have access to the electronic health record. For this reason, the health card reader is not useful for reading data from the health card. However, data can be read from the new electronic ID card. For this purpose (i.e., for reading data from the standard health card), you need a security matrix. Please contact your doctor to obtain the security matrix in order to access the Electronic Health Record.

The ACR39U-H1 card reader supports smart cards compliant with ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C (5 V, 3 V, and 1.8 V), microprocessor cards with T = 0 or T = 1 protocol, and most memory cards. The reader features a USB interface with a smart card read/write speed of up to 600 Kbps. Being very durable, the ACR39U-H1 can withstand up to 100,000 card insertion cycles. The ACR39U-H1 is certified EMV™ Level 1 (Contact) and PBOC (People’s Bank of China), making it an ideal card reader for your e-Banking and e-Payment applications.

This ACR39U-H1 health card reader is easy to install, use, and integrate into the working environment. The reader is compatible with PC/SC and CCID standards and has drivers for operating systems such as Windows®, Linux®, and Mac OS®. In addition, the ACR39U-H1 can also be used on mobile devices running Android™ 3.1 and later versions.
