Repair and Support with a Maintenance Contract. Ask for our services on a subscription basis (monthly fee), to receive unlimited telephone support and a number of visits to your office included. Click here for current offer service contracts.

Repair and Support without a Maintenance Contract. You can receive our services without having a Maintenance Contract. In this situation, you will be charged the travel expenses, technical intervention and by case, only for telephone call. For support, please access this page: Suport.

Supplies delivery. Order supplies by phone at: 021-3278727 for cash registers and printers, whether they were purchased from Sedona or another provider. Delivery is free, anywhere for minimum orders of 200 RON, or for service contract subscribers - regardless of quantity.

Programming items. When purchasing the cash register from Sedona, you get free programming the initial list of items, regardless of their number. For further editing the articles, we offer the following choices:

  • - sign a Maintenance Contract, under which Sedona's technician travels to your office for programming new items (no extra charge subscription);
  • - Software Application. On most models of cash registers, you can get an application (additional fee) that allows editing of articles.

Phone support. If you want to use the programming book for manual instruction of the articles, our technicians are available by phone for help. Customers without service contract can dial the premium-line (extra charge).

Buy Back. When your cash register is no longer useful or needed, you already have a client: Sedona. We can receive your device even by courier. Mandatory condition for Buy Back requires the fiscal system to be delivered to the Financial Administration. For more details on Buy Back, click here.

Fiscal Memory delivery. When closing or relocation of your site, and when changing the company name or Fiscal Number (CUI), you need to deliver the cash register fiscal memory to the Financial Administration. This operation happens at the Financial Administration where you declared your cash register to be fiscal. If you signed a service contract, you get this service for free, provided by Sedona's technician, or, if you do not have a Service Contract, you will have to pay for this service. More details about fiscal memory delivery, you can find in re-fiscalization procedures.

Re-fiscalisation. Whether you buy a cash register from Sedona or another provider, you have the lowest prices to restore the machine back in operation. At the cash register re-fiscalisation we provide all services:

  • - Installing a new and sealed fiscal memory device;
  • - the fiscal;
  • - Programming Articles;
  • - Training;
  • - Connect to any computer or peripheral.
