Purchase and fiscalization in Municipality Bucharest, county Constanta and county Ilfov

If the headquarters of the company is situated within our covering area you can benefit free of charge the following:
1.Delivery of the ordered products.

2.Drawing up the file necessary for the issuance of the Certificate with running number from the General Department of Public Finances. These documents must be handed in at D.G.F.P. of the county where the cash register will operate (not at the official social bureau). In order to draw up this file we need from your company:
     a.copy of the Certificate of Incorporation      b.copy of the Fiscal Registration Certificate � only for VAT payers      c.copy of the space proof where the apparatus will operate (lease, accommodate, association agreement, etc) in case of Municipality Bucharest, or copy of the Finding Certificate of the working point in case of county Constanta and county Ilfov � only if the product will not operate at social bureau.      d.It is also necessary that the representative of your company signs and seals an Application and Authorization.

3.We will submit as soon as possible your file with General Department of Public Finances. The period in which the Certificate with running number is issued is of 5 working days in case of Municipality Bucharest and 4 working days in case of county Constanta and county Ilfov. Within the period from the purchase until the fiscalization you can use the cash register in test regime. Notice! At D.G.F.P. Bucharest it has been decided that only persons representing your company can hand in or take out documents together with a copy of work book and ID. Together with writing papers, we give you information for handing the documents. If still you want us to take care of this operation it will be needed a legal paper from a layer to be signed in which you authorize us. The common price is about 80 RON.
4.After obtaining the Certificate we will contact to establish the location for fiscalization, programming on PLU (products � any number), installing drivers, devices, accessories (bar code reader, cash drawer and staff training. No additional cost will be added for performing these operations. In case you obtained yourself the certificate from DGFP, would you please contact us in order to establish the meetings with our technitians, meeting that will take place the next day or in a maximum of 3 days since your request (depending on their availability)

5.Within 24 hours from the fiscalization a representative of your company will have to go in person to the Tax Administration to which the working point belongs in order to declare the fiscalization. After that step, in a maximum of 7 days there must be handed in at DGFP the installing statement left by our technicians for fiscalization. This condition will be reminded to you by out technicians.

Together with the cash register you will receive for free: PC connector, a sealed book set (Intervention Book and Special Registry), two roll sets, the mandatory notice �Please ask and keep the fiscal voucher�.
