Currently, individuals do not have access to the electronic health record. For this reason, the health card reader is not useful for reading data from the health card, but data can be read from the new electronic ID card. For this purpose (i.e., reading data from a standard health card), you need a security matrix. Please contact your doctor to obtain the security matrix to access the Electronic Health Record.
